Hoe denkt U over deze theorie :

concerning national language and school curricula determine the
economic chances of people (Horowitz, 2000), but the fact that states
do not militarize under linguistic diversity suggests that the
consensus necessary for military spending is unlikely to occur when
linguistic differences exist.
