I call that geo-anarchism. Community associations could also choose to retain some of the rent for their expenses, with the consent of the members. Rent then serves as a natural source of revenue for collective goods.

Neo-liberalisme is de ideologie van het kapitalisme. Die meent onder het mom van eigendomsrecht zich de natuurlijke bronnen, die ons allen toebehoren, te kunnen toeeigenen middels wetten die gmaakt zijn door en voor de bezittende klasse. Ik noem dat gelegaliseerde struikroverij.
