De Wereldhandelsorganisatie (WTO) roept, geheel in de lijn van de GATT-doelstellingen, op tot de formele herinvoering van de slavernij. Het gebruikt deze term omdat zij vindt dat die het best past bij de arbeidsverhoudingen zoals die in het neoliberale economische model bestaan.

Philadelphia - At a Wharton Business School conference on business in Africa, World Trade Organization representative Hanniford Schmidt announced the creation of a WTO initiative for "full private stewardry of labor" for the parts of Africa that have been hardest hit by the 500 years of Africa's free trade with the West.

Bent u er voorstander van om de neoliberale arbeidsverhoudingen bij hun juiste naam te noemen? Of pleit u toch eerder voor de politiek correcte eufemismen die we doorgaans gebruiken?
Naar ik begrepen heb is de LDD een groot voorstander van het neoliberale economische model. Wil het de WTO volgen of pleit het voor het vasthouden aan de oude benamingen voor slavernij?
