Their all,
I thing that the occident need to admit the fact that all Muslims feel
a great love and veneration for Muhammad peace be upon him and his
descendants, and express this feeling in many ways.
In Islam we are commanded not to discriminate between one Prophet and
another. We believe in all Prophets and Messengers sent by Allah to
guide us and lead us to the way of Allah.
Prophet Muhammad had all the necessary qualities for success in every
aspect of life. But, more importantly, he was able to lead his
community to success in every field. He is the source from which flowed
all later developments related to command, statecraft, religion,
spiritual development, and so on in the Muslim world.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was both a prophet of Allah and a statesman.
His leadership was most comprehensive and dynamic. He was the paragon
of virtue and spirituality. He was a noble and compassionate teacher,
guide, and reformer. He was a family man. Indeed, he was also a
political leader. As a political leader the Prophet (PBUH) unified the
Arabian peninsula, established a great state whose capital was Madinah.
He was always willing to help others. He always wanted to make peace
among people. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was a man of ideals but he was
also a practical man. He preached the message to all and did not
isolate himself from his society. He used any of the good traditions
and customs they had and benefited from them.
The Prophet (PBUH) took great care of his people's religious as well
as economic needs. Not only did he preach, but he was also concerned
about their economic well-being. He made treaties and alliances with
many tribes. He had great diplomatic skills. He taught the world
diplomacy that was built on morality and honesty. He honored all his
treaties and he defended his people.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was a man of great patience and resolution.
There are many lessons for us to learn from his life. The most
important aspect of his leadership was that he was always honest and
truthful. Even his enemies could not find any flaw in his honesty and
truthfulness.
The Prophet (PBUH) was a perfect teacher and instructor and he enjoyed
brilliant teaching methods like :
1. Using illustrative parables
2. Drawing the addressee's attention by means of making oaths
3. Being joyful in advice so that his Companions would not get bored
4. Considering the state of the addressee
5. Narrating historical stories
We believe that all humanity need to know (Muhammad the Leader, The
Compassionate
,The Prophet's Methods for Correcting People's Mistakes, The
Prophet's Contribution to Human Thought, Honesty & Trustworthiness,
The Finality of Prophethood, Prophethood: Its Nature and Necessity,
he's Generosity, he's Mercy) need to know the Prophet as Educator
, The Prophet's Patience) before any prejudge.
