De vraag is nu, is deze tekst politiek incorrect naar de maatstaven van vandaag?
Impliceert de auteur met deze tekst niet i.v.m. homosexualiteit a priori de negatieve connotatie door het hier te associëren met de 'seksuele spast' Bobby Brown?
Wordt het woord homo in de zin "And none of the jocks can even tell I'm a homo" niet als pejoratief gebruikt?

"Words can't hurt you", stelt de auteur. Maar is dit nog geldig de dag van vandaag? De artiest heeft het hier over "religious sensibilities" maar in deze politiek correcte dagen zijn er nog heel wat andere "sensibilities" mee gemoeid.
