Wanneer de strukturele afbouw van de Britse industrie verder gaat,dan zal die CO2-afbouw zelfs lukken....

En...o ja,gezien het vooral "gewone mensen" zijn die in de industrie werkten,zullen zij daarvoor betalen.Niet de "weekend-groenen" die in de "consultancy and banking" werken,en de wegen in en om Londen volproppen met hun "urban-tractors"....;

Al die carbon cuts hebben niets te betekenen zolang ze hun zwaar-carbon -uitstotende productie naar ontwikkelingslanden overbrengen of dat soort producten van daaruit importeren (china)

die landen hebben geen quota te respecteren

het is dus allemaal politiek windowdressing zolang er geen treaty komt waar ook de ontwikkelingslanden bij betrokken zijn
