In Zweden wil een linkse partij dat mannen zittend urineren, dat zou zo nogal zijn voordelen hebben. Ook zou dat gemeenschappelijke WC's voor mannen en vrouwen mogelijk maken.

Een goed idee, verregaande bepampering of regelrechte tyrannie ?

Zit even neer, denk er even over na en laat U maar eens gaan. Geef gerust Uw mening, U moet die vooral niet ophouden. :-P

Men who work for the Sörmland County Council in central Sweden should sit down rather than stand up when urinating in office toilets, according to a motion put forward by the local Left Party chapter.



<sub>The Left Party in Sörmland is taking a stand to ensure men take a seat when emptying their bladders in the county council's own toilets.

According to the party, there are two very important reasons for the proposal encouraging men to sit instead of stand when they urinate.

One reason has to do with hygiene and a desire to ensure that no one who uses the toilets at the county council's offices will be required to walk through puddles or residue left by stray urine which happens to splash out of the bowl and onto the floor when male employees pee standing up.

The Left Party also cites medical research it claims shows that men empty their bladders more efficiently when they are seated.

The improved bladder evacuation not only reduces the risk for prostate problems, according to the party, but also helps men who sit rather than stand achieve a longer and healthier sex life, the local Folket newspaper reported.

As a first step in its quest to get men to take a seat, the Left Party proposes labeling toilets which are designated for men who absolutely want to remain standing when they pee.

The Left Party's Viggo Hansen, a substitute member of the county council and the man responsible for the proposal, wants the office toilets to be genderless and as a result, is pushing for the "sit-down only" requirement.

He insisted, however, that the move doesn't represent political meddling in people's bathroom habits.

"That's not what we're doing. We want to give men the option of going into a clean toilet," he told Sveriges Television (SVT).

Ik ben een man , ok in de natuur durf ik al eens een plasje maken , rechtstaand dan natuurlijk .

Maar thuis of op het toilet ga ik altijd zitten om een plasje te maken .

Het is lekker ontspannend door de druk op je blaas tijdens het zitten .

ENNNNN wat meer is . Uit respect voor de partij die het toilet poetst .

bij het rechtstaand plassen , wordt er al eens met de plasses geschud om de laatste druppel er af te schudden , ennnn het is bij sommige mensen wel heel vies als je naar het onderhoud van het toilet kijkt . die viezigheid hangt overal rond en wie mag het meestal opkuisen , DE VROUW .

Een vloer met vochtsensoren of urinedetectors gekoppeld aan een alarm en een bewaker met een speciale taser.

Thuis ga ik ook zitten, maar een urinoir in café of restaurant is toch praktisch. Vergelijk de wachtrijen maar eens voor de vrouwen-en-mannen-wc's. Dus, behou dat urinoir maar in publieke plaatsen.

Absolutely. Goed punt. En aan een dame moet een heer steeds 'de zitplaats' afgeven, dus dat kan tot grootse problemen leiden...

Dat vind ik toch wel een beetje teveel inspanning hoor, zeker als je een paar pinten teveel op hebt kan dat slecht aflopen. :lol:

Maar ja, het is slechts een kwestie van gewoonte.

Ik sta gewoonlijk recht om te plassen, en na het plassen neem ik altijd een paar blaadjes WC-papier om eventuele spatten weg te poetsen. Als er - wat al eens kan gebeuren - toevallig geen papier meer is, neem ik een papieren zakdoekje uit het pakje dat ik altijd bij heb. Daarna was ik ook altijd mijn eigen handen.

Mijn moeder heeft mij heel goed opgevoed!

Ook in een restaurant in Vancouver, maar de uitbater verklaarde later dat het een grap was.

<sub>Socialists and feminists in Europe want to force equality by forcing men to sit while taking a piss, under threat of law. The Sormland County Council in Sweden, and the Left Party, are pushing for legislation that would designate “sit only” public restrooms.

The Naked Scientists website notes that a similar movement is also brewing in Germany, France and Holland. Who knows? If such laws are passed in those countries, it could happen here in the U.S., too — after busy-body politicians are done banning large soft-drinks, cigarettes, and the like.

Cleanliness is being pointed to as a benefit. Known as a socialist and feminist organization, the party claims that seated urination is more hygienic for men. Some supporters of the law are also attempting to make the legislation a health issue. According to their claims, male health will be bolstered when urinating while sitting on a toilet so the bladder empties more effectively, according to the Huffington Post.

Isn’t that the typical fall-back for any fascist policies these days? Everything from smoking bans to infringing on religious liberty is done in the interest of public health.

Apparently, this is an issue that comes up for discussion now and again. And some experts vocalize disagreement with the “sitters.”

“Men scatter urine not so much during the actual urination as during the ‘shaking off’ that follows,” John Gamel, a professor at the University of Louisville, wrote while addressing the issue in 2009. “As a result, forcing men to sit while emptying their bladders will serve little purpose, since no man wants to shake himself off while remaining seated on the toilet.”

How would the police enforce such a law? Cameras aimed at the toilets? I predict men in Sweden will simply piss in the sink if that’s what happens.</sub> :lol:


Dus blijkbaar bestaat dit idee ook bij andere Europese linkse feministische organisaties.
Sommigen willen deze plasmethode via wetgeving opleggen.

De politieke tegenstanders van Hansen vinden dat hij te ver gaat en denken dat het moeilijk zal zijn om de uitvoering van dat nieuwe reglement te controleren.

Die Zweden zijn toch echt de grootste gecastreerde poesjes die er in Europa rondlopen, en dat wil al wat zeggen.
