Het hele staatsapparaat is een werklozenkas.
Een asociale bende - te lui om te helpen in de samenleving, in de plaats werkenden dwingen hen mee te betalen, zich verschuilende achter zelfverzonnen bezigheden die dan vaak nog stokken in de wielen van de wèl werkenden, wèl socialen steekt.
