Methodologie: Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews, tot 8 keer de sample gecontacteerd vooraleer potentieel op te geven. Geen CATI voor Polen, Slovakije, Turkije, Bulgarije en Roemenië, wel face-to-face interviews wegens lage telefoonpenetratie in deze gebieden.
