Hansjoerg Kretschmer, the EU's top envoy in Ankara
has left Ankara, where he completed a four-year term,
to assume his new post in Afghanistan's capital of Kabul. :-)

We wish poor Mr. Kretschmer much more luck in Afghanistan,
he will undoubtfully need it... :-))))
