Kosovo Albanians conducted a forceful seizure of power with police support in the municipality of North Mitrovica in northern Kosovo and Metohija.
Albanians stormed the building of the North Mitrovica municipality and held a session of the local parliament, where Albanians were sworn in to replace Serbs.

Voorbeeld van dagelijkse pesterijen van Serviërs in Kosovo. De bedoeling lijkt te zijn Servië uit te lokken tot een tegenactie. Voorlopig toont de westerse pers weinig interesse. Eens Servië reageert zal dat veranderen.
