Wel tegenover Florida zou je dan New York kunnen stellen waar je 250.000$ boete kan krijgen als je koppig een vent met baard "meneer" zou noemen terwijl hij wil dat je hem "mevrouw" noemt, of als je protesteert als vent met baard de vrouwentoiletten-of-douches gebruikt, of zelfs als je een vettige mop zou vertellen over mevrouw met baard.

IV. PENALTIES IN ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
The Commission can impose civil penalties up to $125,000 for violations, and up to $250,000 for violations that are the result of willful, wanton, or malicious conduct.
