De Belgische liberale partij is steeds Belgisch-nationalistisch geweest, op een paar individuele uitzonderingen na. Dat is één van de recente grote fouten van VLD. Radicaal de Belgische kaart trekken pakt geen verf meer. De mensen hebben daar geen boodschap aan. Heeft alleen maar mensen naar rechts gejaagd.
