Het is inderdaad geen conditie voor Israël maar het wordt wel opgelegd aan Hamas in dezelfde resolutie. Als Israël een eenzijdig staakt het vuren doet komt alles op Hamas terecht, het is een poging van de US en Israël om de schuld op Hamas te steken.
