Neen, de Duitse strafwet is van toepassing op wie op Duits territorium een misdaad begaat. Ook als men niet-Duitser is. Of denkt u dat een Belg die in Duitsland negationistisch drukwerk verspreidt, niet strafbaar is?
Maar dat brengt ons weer terug bij de vraag die u uit de weg gaat: als de negationismewet er in Duitsland is omdat het om Duitse misdaden ging, waarom is er ook een gelijkaardige wet in België, Frankrijk...?
