Communisme wordt niet door een elite bedacht, maar is de gevolgtrekking van de klassenstrijd waarbij materiële verhoudingen centraal staan. De arbeidersklasse neemt de productiemiddelen in handen, waardoor een nieuwe productieverhouding ontstaat, en dat is het communisme, niet een of ander verhaaltje van een paar hippies die beslissen in een commune te gaan leven of een paar partij-apparatsjiks die beslissen revolutietje te spelen.
