Whether the hemp-concept is economical advantageous, whether it is not.
Considering the overwhelming argumentation, the proof of the economic advantages are shown. No more financial assistance is needed. The UN as a body of intellectual excellence must withold from socialist or neo-communist reflexes that everything must be financially helped. The Market will prrof whether it is really an advantageous concept, or not.
So, it will do if the resolution only allows the legal production of industrial hemp. The topics about financial assistance must be withdrawn.
