Dr. Carol Rosin was een van de medewerkster van Werner Von Braun, de Nazi die door de Amerikanen in het land gehaald is om te werken aan ruimtetechnologie voor NASA. Zij zegt dat Von Braun haar herhaaldelijke waarschuwde voor een fake alien invasie. Hij spreekt zelfs dat terrorisme ging gebruikt worden in het plan (!), en dat in de jaren 70.

And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. "And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie."
The last card that was being held was the extraterrestrial enemy. The intensity with which he said that, made me realize that he knew something that he was too afraid to mention. He was too afraid to talk about it. He would not tell me the details.

Ook Ronald Reagan, heeft daar al verschillende uitspraken over gedaan, over hoe het wel niet zou zijn moesten we een gezamenlijke tegenstander hebben zoals een buitenaards ras, dan zouden alle mensen en naties ter wereld zich verenigen om ertegen te strijden (typische NWO gedachte). Dit zou zeer een zeer handige truuk zijn voor de NWO.

Notice that Gorbachev doesn't say this is an incredible proposition, he just says that it's too early to worry about it.
