Is dat een enorme opluchting.
Ik vermoedde al dat met de nieuwe EU-staat in eenzelfde positie zouden belanden als toendertijd de Amerikaanse Staten in hun Unie. Er was een burgeroorlog nodig om te bepalen dat men na toetreding niet meer kon terugtreden. Maar dat men uit de Council kan worden gegooid opent de mogelijkheid om ook uit de EU gegooid te worden?
