Eens uitkijken hoe België dit gaat verwoorden als zij binnenkort het voorzitterschap opnemen. En het zal een spannende frustratie worden voor Van Rompuy. Als mijn geheugen mij niet in de steek laat, was hij toch minister van begroting in '94. De rwandacommissie had zich in de nasleep van de genocide toch uitgesproken dat de Belgische deelname over onvoldoende middelen beschikte.
