Enkel voor het deel waar de vlaamse gemeenschap verantwoordelijk voor is. ALs de rest hebben die nul de botten te zeggen. Vlaanderen kan zeggen wat het wil brussel kan en zal dat simpelweg negeren en binnen de belgische structuur hebben ze daar 100% gelijk in. Wat zal je dan doen?
