Dan vind ik het al een stuk logischer, dat is militair toegestaan. Er moet plaats gemaakt worden in de gevangenissen. De laatste paar weken hebben rebellen onderling al 500 executies uitgevoerd, blijkbaar is dat daar de gewoonte.
