Je leest dus niet goed, dat was de recordrit in de USA van

aan 45 kmh gemiddelde was dat 622 km reikwijdte (wat als redelijk goed is voor naar analogie Vlaamse-Limburgse wegen, ik spreek van ervaring want ik reed naar het werk aan die gemiddelde snelheid, soms zelfs maar aan 40 kmh gemiddeld, namelijk 20 km gewone weg in een halfuur van 7h25-7h55.)

De Nederlanders haalden in NL zelfs 625,5 km, ´s nachts vertrokken (dus extra stroom verlichting), met twee personen (met camerauitrusting) en méér dan enkele stops enz... dus allesbehalve ideaal. Natuurlijk namen ze enkele gewone maatregelen die iedereen kan nemen om verder te komen. Gewicht op een > 2,1 ton auto zal wel minder een rol spelen, bij uitbollen-bergaf heeft men immers regeneratie-bijladen van de accu (heeft een normale auto niet)
Ze reden ook zodanig dat ze het verkeer niet hinderden
of in de regel ~ 65 kmh# op gewone wegen. Dus voor de Vlaamse 70 kmh max nog realistisch snel genoeg. 65 kmh is 70-teller voor de Jan Modaal-dieselbak.

Nu wel gelezen ? De NL zitten dus ongeveer ook op die 45 kmh gemiddelde als ze hun stops wat beperkt hadden, hiermee bevestigen ze de US cijfers of de grafiek in de link. Meer moet je er niet achter zoeken, kronkelen dus overbodig.
