Omdat dit juist een objectief criterium is, namelijk de nationaliteit. Jij maakt onderscheid tussen autochtone en allochtone belgen. Belgen zijn voor mij belgen ongeacht hun afkomst.

Jij maakt een verschil tussen dezelfde persoon vandaag en morgen als hij een papiertje staat waarop dat hij belg is. Dat verandert niks wie of wat die persoon is en zeker al niks of hij een misdaad zou begaan of niet. irrelevent dus voor een vergelijking.
Dat louter allochtonen die niet de belgische nationaliteit hebben, vergelijken onzinnig is.
