Enkel Microsoft biedt een veilig alternatief, zij hadden dit blijkbaar voorzien en werken in Europa via een Duitse Operator als tussenpersoon, die dus gebonden is aan de Duitse wetgeving. De Azure Datacenters in Frankfurt zijn dus veilig.
Europese bedrijven hebben in feite geen optie behalve als de weerlicht hun online business naar europese platformen overzetten of asap een backup-platform opzetten.
