'...When reading about a person, The Devil card can symbolize a man or woman of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, and in may cases, highly addictive energy. We don’t judge and say its a “bad person” but certainly a powerful person who is hard to resist. With my clients, maybe this card represents a person who spends lots of money on beautiful things and fun experiences, is amazing and highly addictive in bed and/or gives them an excess of adoration and attention. Yes, I know, who doesn’t want some of that, at least once in a while? Well, because often there is a big price to pay. So, I know when this card shows up, this means that they may need to be careful or they will end up needing this powerful person to give them false confidence and identity. But if The Devil comes up in the card placement signifying their own energy, I know that they may be engaging in their own highly manipulative, obsessive behaviors. There could be an interdependent relationship in which the addict and pusher have created a relationship that is not healthy for either....'
