I also like veggie woks; stir fry some onion, garlic and carrot... add vegetables of your choice (chinese cabbage, paksoi, mushrooms..), soy sauce and a dash of oyster sauce + some sesame oil for extra taste... wat groentebouillon and a spoon of maizena for the binding... afkruiden met peper, zout and a little honey... Yummy served with rice or stir fry with noodles; what I also do is cut a half baguette and eat it like a sandwich <- more tasty even! ^.^
