De EU gaat ervan uit dat de huidige medische urgentie nog een hele tijd zal aanhouden, de huidige nood-goedkeuring ofte Conditional Marketing Authorisation, is enkel toegelaten bij medische urgentie en moet minstens jaarlijks herhaald worden.
Er wonen 450 miljoen mensen in de EU waarvoor de EU nu al 4,6 miljard dosissen heeft gekregen of vastgelegd waarbij de onderhandelingen door gaan voor nog meer. Dat zijn effectief
10 dosissen per persoon van boorling tot ouderling. Als we enkel nog ouderlingen zouden boosten vanaf nu hebben we genoeg vaccins voor
35 jaar. Laat je dus niet misleiden dat die boosters enkel voor de ouderen zullen zijn.
Of, in het andere geval dooft de epidemie uit of leren we ermee leven en dan is dit een verloren uitgave van meer dan 100 miljard bovenop al het geld dat we nu al weggesmeten hebben.
