Putin heeft het hier over Europa. Ik waarschuw hier al jaren voor. Met de Oekraïne crisis is het duidelijker dan ooit tevoren geworden. Rusland zegt het nu ook hardop. De "western partners" in Europa nemen de beslissingen niet. Dat is in Washington.
