Interessante link. Het VDC is mij niet bekend. Ik sta versteld van het hoge niveau van het bericht en hun ambtelijke taal. Ze documenteren 'violation', beoordelen hun eigen geanonimiseerde rapport en voorzien het van een reeks aanbevelingen aan 'countries'. Het slot is veelzeggend.
