Er zijn REDENEN dat "californie" wel een "hotbed" is voor de ontwikkeling en de startup van vernieuwende activiteiten(wegens de historisch gegroeide poole van absolute top-opleidings- en onderzoekinstituten waardoor knappe koppen gewoon "uit de schuif" verkrijgbaar zijn) maar dat,(zoals in steeds grotere delen van de Eu overigens),competitieve serieproduktie daar blijkbaar een minder goed idee is...
Die "zot" zal echt wel weer zijn plan trekken op andere lokaties hoor...

Californië?
Als ik goed begrepen heb moest de Tesla-fabriek in een andere county van Californië liggen dan was dat "politiek theater" niet nodig.
En kon Tesla wel opstarten volgens de algemene soepele voorwaarden van federaal Californië of andere US-staten.

Alameda wil blijkbaar iets in de plaats? Waar gaat het belastingsgeld van Tesla Fremont eigenlijk naartoe? Naar het federale Californië? Hoe zit het met Coronacompensaties? Krijgt Alameda meer geld als ze strengere regels oplegt?
