Om te beginnen, gelieve als u over 1 of 2-talig schrijft altijd erbij te schrijven of u NL, FR en zo verder bedoelt of er komen misverstanden van.
Veel hoofdsteden zijn eigenlijk juist wel meertalig, soms zelfs met een verdringende taal die niet de landstaal is (Russisch in Bishkek bijvoorbeeld)

Maakt niet uit of het NL of FR is, het gata voor beide op, en officieel meertalig zijn er amper.

Thai? En brussel is nu niet echt "het hart van vlaanderen" he?
Het hangt er ook af wat je wil doen, gewoon prive zal het idd lastig zijn, officieel gata het wel ongeveer in het nederlands (al dan niet even vlot)
