Dat is ook onzin, brussel zou een deel moeten terugschroeven en hervormingen doorvoeren maar 3e wereld is onzin.
Daar zit het hem juist, de huidige machthebbers willen dat niet, gevolg er gebeurd niks en brussel blijft even slecht bezig.
