Trump is gewoon voorzichtig bij het leveren van hoog technologisch materiaal aan Oekraïne en dat was Obama ook, die gaf enkel steun zonder gesofistikeerde wapens. Ook de Javelins die trump verkocht mogen nog niet op het slagveld gebruikt worden wat de terughoudendheid verder illustreert.
