Stanton Friedman.


Enkele dagen geleden las ik een boek van Stanton Friedman. Friedman was (is) een kernfysicus die aan allerlei al dan niet geheime wetenschappelijke projecten in de VSA meewerkte. Hij evolueerde beetje bij beetje van ‘non believer’ in ufo’s naar ‘believer’ en bestudeerde gedurende 40 jaar het ufo-fenomeen.

In zijn boek ‘Flying saucers and science’ (2008) zegt hij het volgende (blz.44):
“My reason for saying that some UNKNOWNS (sic) are intelligently controlled extraterrestrial spaceships is very simple: Witness reports clearly indicate the the observed objects are manufactured, and behave in ways we can’t duplicate. Generally they are small, 10-foot to 40 foot disc-shaped vehicles without wings, tails, or visible external engines. Frequently they demonstrate high maneuverability –right turns at high speed (as observed on radar), the ability to fly straight up en hover, and to go forward and then backward without making a big turn. Usually there is no sound, no exhaust, and often there is a glow around the object (not the observer). A much smaller number of observations are of huge “mother” ships, perhaps ½ tot 1 mile long (1) . In recent years there have been a number of triangular objects observed as well. If we Earthlings could make things that look and act as described, we would, because they would make wonderful military vehicles. There have been several wars in wich we haven’t used such craft. So if there weren’t built on Earth, they were built somewhere else. This doesn’t tell us where they are from, why they are here, of why they don’t behave the way some Earthlings would want them to.”
