Welkom in Fabeltjesland...Neen het paranormale bestaat niet, er zijn talrijke wetenschappelijke onderzoeken gedaan naar dit soort 'fenomeen' maar nog geen concreet bewijs dat het mogelijk is.
Nochtans als ik aan een bepaald liedje denk hoor ik het even later op de radio of aan een bepaald persoon denk....krijg ik een telefoontje.

Wat een onzin allemaal. Voordat jullie zo iets zeggen check je dan niet eerst even of het wel klopt of niet? er is meer dan genoeg bewijs hoor.
En Randi is niet zo fris. Die verzet zijn bakens steeds weer als iemand iets heeft.
Maar ja dat mag niet he? Geen kritiek op een warhoofd als Randi maar wel kritek op
ESP waar je waarschijnlijk helemaal niks van weet of ervaring mee hebt.
Randi is gewoon een vies schofterig lelijk vies goor mannetje dat graag een en ander bij elkaar liegt.

Randi's detractors counter that the challenge is a publicity stunt, and that Randi and JREF (the James Randi Educational Foundation) make it difficult for people to apply successfully for the challenge, or to be tested even if their applications have been successful. They also argue that JREF's standards are loose and ambiguous, and that they can ignore or dismiss an applicant for any number of reasons, some of which are purely subjective

Now we return to our question: How objective is JREF in deciding which applicants will be accepted? Well, it appears that JREF categorizes virtually all paranormal claims as "extraordinarily implausible" and assumes that many, perhaps most, applicants are mentally ill. JREF reserves the right to ignore an application from anyone whose claim is too "incredible" to be taken seriously, or whose claim contradicts the findings of "Science," as understood by JREF. Further, JREF reserves the right to ignore applications from people who are psychologically impaired - a determination that can be made by JREF alone.

This firmly, in his own words, puts to rest any doubt that James Randi is a true skeptic. His mind is closed tight, and, as others have observed for a long time, there is no standard of proof that would ever be accepted by him. He would always find an out, as he demonstrates here. He is truly, as I have said all along, a "professional denier", not a "skeptic". I also think it's the height of arrogance for him (who didn't even finish high school) to denigrate janitors, dishwashers, and busboys as he does. Are only "professional" people capable of telling the truth or making judgments about events? Does a lawyer have any more qualifications to state they witnessed some event than a busboy does? Do the lawyer's eyes, ears, etc., have a higher level of functioning than the busboy's? And what if the busboy is finishing up his last semester of law school, working to support himself while earning his degree? Is his testimony invalid one week before his graduation but suddenly infallible a week or two later? Not only is Randi a "professional denier", he's also an arrogant idiot.
