Ivm het artikel “Bilderberg mystery: Why do people believe in cabals?”

Citaat:
BBC’s Disinfo Piece: “Bilderberg mystery: Why do people believe in cabals?”

Due to the exposure brought by alternative media, the Bilderberg group stopped enjoying the media blackout it once had. David Rockefeller said during the 1991 Bilderberg meeting held in Baden, Germany:

Citaat:
“We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.”

It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.”
- David Rockefeller, Bilderberg meeting 1991
Now that the cat is out of the bag, mass media have no choice but to report these meetings which, after all, include the world’s most powerful businessmen, politicians and intellectuals. However, instead of accurately reporting the activities of the event (i.e. the attendees, the topics discussed, etc.) the only articles referring to the meeting are condescending, borderline insulting, disinfo pieces such as this one from the BBC. The overall tone of the article screams out “non-objective propaganda”. Compare this article with the “25 Rules of Disinformation” described in this article and judge for yourself.

Some of the article’s features:

-Repeated use of the term “conspiracy theorist”
-Associating people who question the Bilderberg with terrorists groups such as the Hamas
-Repeated use of the term “anti-semitism”
-Associating people who question the Bilderberg with David Icke’s repitilian shape-shifters
-Those who believe in “wacky cabals” (yes the word “wacky” was used) have psychological problems: they don’t even “trust their neighbours”

So enjoy what is nowadays called “journalism”.

“25 Rules of Disinformation”

From Twenty-Five Ways To Suppress Truth: The Rules of Disinformation (Includes The 8 Traits of A Disinformationalist) by H. Michael Sweeney. These 25 rules are everywhere in media, from political debates, to television shows, to comments on a blog.

1. Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Regardless of what you know, don’t discuss it — especially if you are a public figure, news anchor, etc. If it’s not reported, it didn’t happen, and you never have to deal with the issues.

2. Become incredulous and indignant. Avoid discussing key issues and instead focus on side issues which can be used show the topic as being critical of some otherwise sacrosanct group or theme. This is also known as the “How dare you!” gambit.

3. Create rumor mongers. Avoid discussing issues by describing all charges, regardless of venue or evidence, as mere rumors and wild accusations. Other derogatory terms mutually exclusive of truth may work as well. This method works especially well with a silent press, because the only way the public can learn of the facts are through such “arguable rumors”. If you can associate the material with the Internet, use this fact to certify it a “wild rumor” which can have no basis in fact.

4. Use a straw man. Find or create a seeming element of your opponent’s argument which you can easily knock down to make yourself look good and the opponent to look bad. Either make up an issue you may safely imply exists based on your interpretation of the opponent/opponent arguments/situation, or select the weakest aspect of the weakest charges. Amplify their significance and destroy them in a way which appears to debunk all the charges, real and fabricated alike, while actually avoiding discussion of the real issues.

5. Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. This is also known as the primary attack the messenger ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach. Associate opponents with unpopular titles such as “kooks”, “right-wing”, “liberal”, “left-wing”, “terrorists”, “conspiracy buffs”, “radicals”, “militia”, “racists”, “religious fanatics”, “sexual deviates”, and so forth. This makes others shrink from support out of fear of gaining the same label, and you avoid dealing with issues.

6. Hit and Run. In any public forum, make a brief attack of your opponent or the opponent position and then scamper off before an answer can be fielded, or simply ignore any answer. This works extremely well in Internet and letters-to-the-editor environments where a steady stream of new identities can be called upon without having to explain criticism reasoning — simply make an accusation or other attack, never discussing issues, and never answering any subsequent response, for that would dignify the opponent’s viewpoint.

7. Question motives. Twist or amplify any fact which could so taken to imply that the opponent operates out of a hidden personal agenda or other bias. This avoids discussing issues and forces the accuser on the defensive.

8. Invoke authority. Claim for yourself or associate yourself with authority and present your argument with enough “jargon” and “minutiae” to illustrate you are “one who knows”, and simply say it isn’t so without discussing issues or demonstrating concretely why or citing sources.

9. Play Dumb. No matter what evidence or logical argument is offered, avoid discussing issues with denial they have any credibility, make any sense, provide any proof, contain or make a point, have logic, or support a conclusion. Mix well for maximum effect.

10. Associate opponent charges with old news. A derivative of the straw man usually, in any large-scale matter of high visibility, someone will make charges early on which can be or were already easily dealt with. Where it can be foreseen, have your own side raise a straw man issue and have it dealt with early on as part of the initial contingency plans. Subsequent charges, regardless of validity or new ground uncovered, can usually them be associated with the original charge and dismissed as simply being a rehash without need to address current issues — so much the better where the opponent is or was involved with the original source.

11. Establish and rely upon fall-back positions. Using a minor matter or element of the facts, take the “high road” and “confess” with candor that some innocent mistake, in hindsight, was made — but that opponents have seized on the opportunity to blow it all out of proportion and imply greater criminalities which, “just isn’t so.” Others can reinforce this on your behalf, later. Done properly, this can garner sympathy and respect for “coming clean” and “owning up” to your mistakes without addressing more serious issues.

12. Enigmas have no solution. Drawing upon the overall umbrella of events surrounding the crime and the multitude of players and events, paint the entire affair as too complex to solve. This causes those otherwise following the matter to begin to loose interest more quickly without having to address the actual issues.

13. Alice in Wonderland Logic. Avoid discussion of the issues by reasoning backwards with an apparent deductive logic in a way that forbears any actual material fact.

14. Demand complete solutions. Avoid the issues by requiring opponents to solve the crime at hand completely, a ploy which works best for items qualifying for rule 10.

15. Fit the facts to alternate conclusions. This requires creative thinking unless the crime was planned with contingency conclusions in place.

16. Vanishing evidence and witnesses. If it does not exist, it is not fact, and you won’t have to address the issue.

17. Change the subject. Usually in connection with one of the other ploys listed here, find a way to side-track the discussion with abrasive or controversial comments in hopes of turning attention to a new, more manageable topic. This works especially well with companions who can “argue” with you over the new topic and polarize the discussion arena in order to avoid discussing more key issues.

18. Emotionalize, Antagonize, and Goad Opponents. If you can’t do anything else, chide and taunt your opponents and draw them into emotional responses which will tend to make them look foolish and overly motivated, and generally render their material somewhat less coherent. Not only will you avoid discussing the issues in the first instance, but even if their emotional response addresses the issue, you can further avoid the issues by then focusing on how “sensitive they are to criticism”.

19. Ignore proof presented, demand impossible proofs. This is perhaps a variant of the “play dumb” rule. Regardless of what material may be presented by an opponent in public forums, claim the material irrelevant and demand proof that is impossible for the opponent to come by (it may exist, but not be at his disposal, or it may be something which is known to be safely destroyed or withheld, such as a murder weapon). In order to completely avoid discussing issues may require you to categorically deny and be critical of media or books as valid sources, deny that witnesses are acceptable, or even deny that statements made by government or other authorities have any meaning or relevance.

20. False evidence. Whenever possible, introduce new facts or clues designed and manufactured to conflict with opponent presentations as useful tools to neutralize sensitive issues or impede resolution. This works best when the crime was designed with contingencies for the purpose, and the facts cannot be easily separated from the fabrications.

Bilderbergers, New World Orders And Conspiracy Theories
Jun. 9 2011 - 1:02 pm | 1,788 views | 0 recommendations | 1 comment
by Bill Flax

“Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations – entangling alliances with none.” — Thomas Jefferson

The annual Bilderberg Conference will convene this weekend, thus throwing the Internet into a tizzy. One hundred forty or so of the world’s most powerful persons or their proxies, titans from industry, banking, media and a host of nongovernmental organizations, will covertly huddle at a ritzy Swiss resort.

The Bilderbergers ostensibly meet each year to brainstorm about the day’s great international issues. Their discussions remain off the record so that politicians and others in sensitive roles can speak candidly without risking “gotcha” exposés.

Conspiracy theorists believe the Bilderbergers control the course of world events. That through crisis and uncertainty they steer society’s great developments with an ultimate goal of establishing a New World Order. Naturally led by them, of course.

It is certainly concerning that representatives from Washington, Wall Street and the media will meet with no account of their dealings or details of their plans. Their counterparts from across the North Atlantic will attend too. It reeks of collusion and intrigue. The lack of transparency and potential for concentrated power spurs the imagination, while unsettling the mind. The media, despite some of its most influential personalities participating, will ignore the proceedings.

Admittedly, it’s fascinating that some secret society, like the Wizard of Oz, choreographs events on a global stage. Puppet masters of the public’s fate. Conspiracy theories punctuate the otherwise mundane din of modern life, but riveting as it all appears, I’m not buying it. Would they? Absolutely. Could they? Implausible.

Are there sinister schemes undermining our national sovereignty? Are shady business dealings being conducted through illicit favoritism? Is insider trading and collusion occurring that would land mere peons behind bars? Will the fourth estate, supposedly free to check government encroachment, serve as willing accomplices to corruption?

Yes!

There is abundant evidence trans-nationalists plot to establish global hegemony and diminish our national sovereignty. A very large international organization has been conspiring with our elected officials for exactly that purpose for decades.

It’s called the United Nations.

The UN publicly seeks enhanced global governance to redistribute wealth, enact environmental restrictions, systematize regulatory bodies, impose financial controls and even enforce politically correct social engineering. The UN’s intentions are surely worrisome and its corruption is staggering, but it’s hardly clandestine. It’s one of the world’s most visible organizations.

Thankfully it’s also dysfunctional.

Numerous other international bodies pop up in the news periodically, but nobody really knows why they exist or what they do. Why is there still an International Monetary Fund forty years after Bretton Woods expired? Why does NATO remain 20 years after the Warsaw Pact imploded? Why does Washington care what they say?

There is also ample proof politicians are being bought and powerful business interests regularly secure unfair advantages. TARP was enacted in broad daylight and quickly superseded the confining pretenses under which it was enacted. Washington bailed out its Wall Street benefactors and anyone else with the right connections.

The crude manner in which AIG’s bailout transpired or how Merrill Lynch was foisted upon Bank of America reveals a government undistracted by the rule of law. This column will never begrudge wealth fairly earned, but why were some rescued and others not? Why does our government violate its own disclosure rules? Most of our elected officials seem quite unperturbed.

The press barely noticed, but Ben Bernanke quietly funneled trillions of American dollars abroad to rescue foreign firms. The Fed’s Quantitative Easing programs continue generating lucrative windfalls to Goldman Sachs and other standard villains of conspiracy lore. Fiat, an Italian firm with lengthy Bilderberg connections, was gifted a chunk of Chrysler by our own president.

It’s also clear that those in media have specific agendas. George Soros spends lavishly to influence the media and domineer the FCC. He even financed the campaigns of corruptible election officials through his “Secretary of State Project,” which begat Senator Al Franken.

Other election events seem curious. Why did Barack Obama jet to Europe preening as “a citizen of the world” mid-campaign? Whom did he cajole? What was resolved? Why then did the media ignite an economic explosion almost at the instigation of Obama’s handlers?

No financial upheaval and no President Obama. In normal times, the American people would never have elected an un-vetted candidate with distinctly anti-American views. It makes one wonder: Who programs the ubiquitous teleprompter?

The Bilderbergers, Trilateralists and most everyone else in power manipulate anything they can conceivably manipulate to gain any advantage they might gain. The media only cover what they will to accomplish what they wish. And it’s not limited to this weekend. Power is a magnet and power corrupts.

These shady organizations likely have vast plans, but life isn’t so easily planned. It’s not that they wouldn’t scheme in such manners. Many no doubt do, but economies can’t be controlled from above and governments can’t be made competent beyond the local level. No one can predict the inscrutable variations in human endeavors. The future will progress in as many diverse directions as there are people seeking diverse ends.

It’s frankly preposterous to presume several hundred of the world’s biggest egos could set aside their pride and selfish dispositions to concoct a world takeover in perfect lockstep. Does anyone really believe our inept government or their equivalents in Europe could secretly steer anything effectively? If the misfits in Washington were thus capable, the economy wouldn’t be sputtering along pathetically today.

Former majority leader Trent Lott deemed controlling senators from his own party “herding cats.” Many a medieval king, frustrated at his inability to temper the machinations of his vassals, would sympathize. Petty feudal rivalries rendered nascent nation states mere geographic expressions. Thinking today’s aristocrats could be so tamed across party lines, international boundaries and diverse cultures – quietly no less – defies logic.

Bernanke may be plotting international conspiracies to reward his Wall Street buddies and their global compatriots. But he can’t even get ours – the most vibrant and self rejuvenating market in the world – to rebound. Thinking that some ultra secret cabal dominates the world defies man’s very nature and gives the conspirators too much credit.

Corruption and intrigue aren’t really conspiracies, just the nature of big government. That’s why Washington’s power must be limited and its duties precisely defined.

“Bilderberg People shows convincingly how the transnational elite policy making community works and whose interests it serves. This book throws light on many baffling foreign policy issues happening all around us today”.

Leslie Sklair (Emeritus Professor of Sociology, London School of Economics and author of The Transnational Capitalist Class).

“Bilderberg People does a great service to the cause of deepening democracy […] it is high time that the ways in which a more equitable and transparent global order can be achieved, is placed on the agenda. This book is a solid contribution to that process”.

Kees Van Der Pijl (Professor of International Relations, School of Global Studies at the University of Sussex and author of The Making of an Atlantic Ruling Class and Transnational Classes and International Relations)

“The mechanisms of consensus building and maintenance apply not only to world affairs but also to the construction an ‘ever closer Union’ in Europe. It makes this unique book even more fascinating, if not a bit worrying, reading”.

Stefan Schepers, Hon. Director General, European Institute of Public Administration

“An illuminating excursion into the intricacies of power and economics and the esotericism that shape global affairs – today and for the future.”

Kalu Kalu – Professor of Political Science & Management, Auburn University Montgomery, USA

“At last – a serious study of power elites, with a human touch. Timely and necessary.”

Stefan Stern, former FT management columnist, director of strategy at Edelman UK and Visiting Professor at Cass Business School, London

“Any modern analysis of the relationships between partnership, collaboration, consensus and legitimacy can only be of benefit to those of us trying to grapple with 21st Century threats across the National and International Policing Community. Add elites into the equation and you have an interesting mix!”

Sir Hugh Orde, President of the Association of Chief Police Officers

“The first analysis of the dynamics of consensus building among the world elite- fascinating reading – highly recommended!”

Dr. Celia Romm Livermore, Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of E-Politics, School of Business Administration, Wayne State University, USA

“Bilderberg People deftly probes a transnational, elite network; places this intriguing process in theoretical context; and relates it to current policy issues in Europe, the United States and beyond.”
James L. Garnett, Professor of Public Policy and Administration, Rutgers University at Camden

“What looks like accidental and dispersed forces that shape world politics, might not be so random after all”

Prof. Baroness Lutgart Van den Berghe, Executive Director, GUBERNA

“The world of the 21st century is shaped by social networks. It is, therefore, most important to understand the power, motives and agenda of the Bilderberg People, one of the world’s most influential networks.”

Dr. E. Isaac Mostovicz, Chairman, Janus Thinking

“The authors of the book “Bilderberg People: Elite Power and Consensus in World Affairs” challenge the fundamental existential problem of the modern world: institutional disharmony between the power relationships at the global scale, from one side, and the ethical imperatives of globalization, from another — the later still to be formed in the environment dominated by the ideology of neo-liberalism. This book — informative, analytical and comprehensive — definitely will be demanded by the community of thinking people.”

Niko Melikadze, Director, The Strategic Research Center, Georgia

“Bilderberg People” promises to expand both the theory and data available on the role of elites in shaping international politics. In a globalised world in which elites play a determining role, this book helps understand and influence this role of the elites.”

George Vassilio, Former President of the Republic of Cyprus

“This book is an absolute must-read for the globally concerned scholar with an interest in exploring how contemporary politics and the international system of governance seems incapable of creating coherent collective responses to transcendental global problems. The authors ask the critical question of how change can be brought about without destabilising existing, and advantageous, socio-economic establishments? By providing a first time insight to the powerful Bilderberg eltite network, the authors suggest that transnational elite networks provide dynamics of power and consensuses that serve as a critical mechanism for facilitating change in world politics. Acknowledging the obvious lack of democratic governance, this book attempts to bring understanding to the underlying powers, control and direction of this influential subpolitical activity.”

Professor Mette Morsing – Copenhagen Business School

“If privatization can be defined as a situation where private standards are turned into public norms without proof of their representativity, Bilderberg People is one of its sources…”

Prof. Yvon PESQUEUX, CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers) Paris, France

“From elite perspectives seeking to control mass behaviour, this exciting study turns the focus back on global elite behaviour itself”.

Professor Alex Kouzmin, Southern Cross University, Australia

“An intelligent, informative and level-headed analysis of the real influence of the worlds’ leading “elite networks”.

Prof. Eric Cornuel, Director General & CEO, EFMD

“So many words are said and written about “Bilderberg Group”. But the more that is said and written, greater becomes the mystification of this theme and thereafter the savor of society. I dare say that the offered book, the co-author of which is a remarkable academician with singular talent, Mr. Andrew Kakabadse, will clarify this issue and give an answer to those questions”

Mirza Davitai, Minister for Diasporia, Georgia

“A thoughtful and well researched assessment of power elites in the modern age.”

Professor Mitchell Koza, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, USA

Weerom een juweeltje.

Deze keer, de Bohemian Grove, in de Washington Post

Citaat:
09:25 AM ET, 06/15/2011
Bohemian Grove: Where the rich and powerful go to misbehave
By Elizabeth Flock

Two future U.S. presidents, Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon, are pictured with Harvey Hancock (standing) and others at Bohemian Grove in the summer of 1967. (Ernest Orlando Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.) Correction: This article originally stated that the Bohemian Grove encampment begins today. It begins in mid-July.

Every July, some of the richest and most powerful men in the world gather at a 2,700 acre campground in Monte Rio, Calif., for two weeks of heavy drinking, super-secret talks, druid worship (the group insists they are simply “revering the Redwoods”), and other rituals.

Their purpose: to escape the “frontier culture,” or uncivilized interests, of common men.

The people that gather at Bohemian Grove — who have included prominent business leaders, former U.S. presidents, musicians, and oil barons — are told that “Weaving Spiders Come Not Here,” meaning business deals are to be left outside. One exception was in 1942, when a planning for the Manhattan Project took place at the grove, leading to the creation of the atom bomb.

A spokesperson for Bohemian Grove say the people that gather there “share a passion for the outdoors, music, and theater.”

The club is so hush-hush that little can be definitively said about it, but much of what we know today is from those who have infiltrated the camp, including Texas-based filmmaker Alex Jones. In 2000, Jones and his cameraman entered the camp with a hidden camera and were able to film a Bohemian Grove ceremony, Cremation of the Care. During the ceremony, members wear costumes and cremate a coffin effigy called “Care” before a 40-foot-owl, in deference to the surrounding Redwood trees.

Bohemian Grove’s spokesperson calls the ceremony “a traditional musical drama celebrating nature and summertime.” The spokesperson also said that while Jones’ comments are inaccurate, the footage is real.

Watch the controversial footage of the ceremony below:
Video

Another infiltrator, Spy magazine writer Philip Weiss, posed as a guest for seven days in 1989, when the waiting list was 33 years long and the grove had several thousand members. Weiss published the article “Inside Bohemian Grove,” writing: “You know you are inside the Bohemian Grove when you come down a trail in the woods and hear piano music from amid a group of tents and then round a bend to see a man with a beer in one hand ... urinating into the bushes. This is the most gloried-in ritual of the encampment, the freedom of powerful men to pee wherever they like, a right the club has invoked when trying to fight government anti-sex discrimination efforts and one curtailed only when it comes to a few popular redwoods just outside the Dining Circle.”

Former President Bill Clinton once told a heckler, “The Bohemian club! Did you say Bohemian club? That’s where all those rich Republicans go up and stand naked against redwood trees right? I’ve never been to the Bohemian club but you oughta go. It’d be good for you. You’d get some fresh air.”

Sonoma County Free PressThe , which has published investigative stories on the grove since at least the 1980s, says activities include plays and comedy shows in which women are portrayed by male actors, and Lakeside Talks, in which high-ranking officials speak about information not available to the public. The group calls them “public interest talks.”

Protests take place at the Bohemian Grove nearly ever year. This year’s protest is organized by the California State Greens and endorsed by other social activist groups.

Bohemian Grove’s 2011 retreat begins in mid-July. We don’t suggest any infiltrators try to make their way through the entrance, guarded by camp valets and redwoods some 200 feet in height. It didn’t end too well for the last Vanity Fair editor who tried it.

Paul De Grauwe zegt nochtans krek hetzelfde : decriminaliseer drugs, alle drugs.

Repressie help duidelijk niet.

Citaat:

Strijd houdt Amerika levend.

Opgepast !!!! U gelooft in complot theorietjes ?

Nu. You will be saved.
