Wij wensen jullie duidelijk te maken dat op de 14de dag van de maand oktober in het jaar 2008 een schip van enorme afmetingen zichtbaar zal zijn in jullie luchtruim. Het zal gebeuren in het zuidelijke deel van jullie halfrond en zal vele staten overlappen.

We geven jullie de naam ‘Alabama’.

Het is besloten dat we minimaal drie van jullie vierentwintig-uurs perioden in jullie atmosfeer zullen verblijven.
