Egypt Military Puts Globalist NGO Workers on Trial

January 5, 2012

Egyptian judges have decided to prosecute 43 NGO workers, including 10 Americans, for participating in illegal and banned activities. Sam LaHood, the son of Obama’s Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, is among the accused. Sam LaHood is he head of the Egypt office of the Washington-based International Republican Institute (IRI).

The IRI is one of the components of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). NED and the IRI engage in neoliberal “democracy” efforts previsouly performed by the CIA – in other words, they orchestrate the overthrow of foreign governments for Wall Street and the International bankers.

In late January, Egypt’s military regime barred six Americans from leaving the country. The move came a month after Egypt raided and closed the offices of 17 nongovernmental organizations and the IRI, the National Democratic Institute, and Freedom House.

The National Democratic Institute is an NGO chaired by Madeleine Albright, Clinton’s former Secretary of State who thought the slaughter 500,000 Iraqi children was a price worth paying.

Freedom House is a “selective human rights organization” staffed by globalist insiders like Zbigniew Brzezinski and Bill Richardson, former CIA boss James Woolsey, and the neocon Ken Adelman, a former member of the “Iraq war brain trust.” Freedom House is funded by NED, Soros, the neocon Scaife foundation, and the CIA’s Ford Foundation.

On Saturday, Secretary of State Clinton said the United States will cut off foreign aid to Egypt if it does not resolve the status of the so-called NGO workers. The U.S. is schedule to give Egypt $1.3 billion in military assistance and $250 million in economic aid in 2012.

“We are very clear that there are problems that arise from this situation that can impact all the rest of our relationship with Egypt,” Clinton said. “We do not want that. We have worked very hard this past year to put in place financial assistance and other support for the economic and political reforms that are occurring in Egypt.”
