wat ik wel fascinerend vind is dat 2 presidentskandidaten van de VS lid zijn van een genootschap dat als oprichters 'captains of industry' had in de 2 meest lucratieve handelsoperaties ooit: opiumoorlog en slavenhandel. als gezonde mensen bestuursrecht over deze aardkloot zouden hebben, ipv slippendragers van die andere klootzakken, zouden hun beenderen en van diens kinderen al lang wapperen in de wind.
