people under the rule of their own leadership while Secularists also
have to give up imposing their laws to others (to non-secularists).
They have to restrict themselves to implement their laws to secularists

only.


In another words as the Book reads:
"Muslims laws to muslims, your laws to you!"
might be the "final" solution.
