14 augustus - Bart Dewever: 'De grote staatshervorming is een feit!'

Zonet verscheen een stralende Bart Dewever (NVA) voor de poorten van Hertoginnedal en duwde prompt zijn neus boven de microfoon (VRT) van Mark Vandelooverbosch (Spirit): ' De beloofde grote staatshervorming (FDF) is een feit. Het Vlaams Front, onder mijn bescheiden leiding, heeft een nota overhandigd aan de Franstaligen met daarin ons eisenpakket. We hebben het de Walen ook duidelijk gemaakt: het is kiezen of delen (choisir ou divider, of zoiets). Tot mijn niet geringe verwondering hebben de Walen, op wat punten en komma's na (sur quelques points et commas) eieren voor hun geld gekozen en op de meeste punten toegegeven, ook in hun eigen belang. Zelfs Olivier Maingain (Rassemblement Wallon) strubbelde amper tegen, omdat ook hij begreep dat ons eisenpakket streng maar rechtvaardig is.'
Yves Leterme (ACW) voegde daar aan toe: 'Er is maar één heikel discussiepunt gerezen, maar dat hebben we collegiaal opgelost. De Franstaligen wilden ons eisenpakket in het Frans krijgen, maar dat konden wij als rasechte Flaminganten niet waarmaken, Vlaanderen zou te klein geweest zijn. We hebben dan maar onze strenge maar rechtvaardige eisen zelf naar het Engels vertaald. Mét, ik moet het toegeven, de hulp van anglofiel José Happaert (PSS)'.
Over de inhoud van het akkoord hielden alle partijen de lippen stijf op elkaar. Yves Leterme wil de primeur laten aan de Koning (PS) en dan aan de respectievelijke partijvoorzitters. Maar zoals dat gaat in dit land, lekken documenten uit nog voor ze goed en wel op papier staan en de redacteur Communautaire Kwesties in West-Europa van de Frut van Koekestad (AVV-VVK) kreeg via een goed uitgekiende wind de tekst in handen. Lekken zijn immers niet uitsluitend voor loodgieters (CVP) uitgevonden. Omdat die tekst officieel pas volgende week donderdag vrijkomt mag u hetgeen volgt niet lezen. Het is trouwens veel te technisch voor de gewone mens (VB).

POINTS TO CHOOSE OR TO DEAL

Flemish habitants of the Rand (the so called Borderliners) will so be far more protected by the European Union than by an insufficient splitsing that would not chase the arrogant Welsh habitants who would still refuse to do there commissions in Flemish. And there is no sprake of giving them the facility of filling in French official paperasses. It's Flemish or English. Point to the line.

2. The Resolutions of the Flemish Parliament

The Resolutions voted by the Flemish Parliament are definitive and can not be considered as a strunkel block for further underhandlings. The Flemish representants have spoken, and so it will be. But as we are democrats in hart and kidneys, we agree to submit these Resolutions to the Welsh citizens under the form of a bindend referendum. The Flemish Front ices that, if the peoples of Wallonia stem for these Resolutions, then they will become directly effective and we will NOT accept that the Francofoon Parties start zevering. The wet is the wet!

3. Underwise

Their have been packs of official studies of the underwise in Belgium. The results are so tristy that this must become a priority for the following gouvernement. What lessons do we treck from this studies? The Welsh underwise is a ramp. Welsh students speak no tales, they have problems with uptell summs and pass their time to play spellekes on the computer. We want the Welsh politic parties to understand that this is also very nefast for Flanders! Walloonatic is the first economical partner of us, but how can we make affaires with unalfabetical undertakers who babbel before they think and who tell on their fingers? That's why the Flemish Front ices that all the money that comes from the flitspales be invested in your underwise. Nodelose to say that this is a break point.

4. More competentions for the deal states

Since a pare years, the deal states are a bit competent for the development aid. We want more! Flanders exiges more money from the federal overhead to help the poor and the suckels in their own land. We do not want to be the OCMW of the globe, but we do want to contribute our stone. Building water puts in the Congo, for example. Or flitspales in Wallonia.
We have already klapped a lot about the competention to pay our own rolling stools. Not only do we ice to pay our rolling stools, but also those of the Welsh. This will give us a better control over the lamsacks in Wallonia. They want a rolling stool? Ok, they can get one. Even with five vitesses if they want. 5. Guest arbiders

This must stop. So the next gouvernement will give the authority to the Flemish deal state to build its own closed youth instelling with minstens twenty places. And since we know that the jungs in the Walloonatic instellings lead a luxe life, they will be transferated to us. We shall learn that crapule a lesson!

6. Social security

The social security must be splitsed. This means absolutely that peoples that live in Flanders will get a SIS card in Flemish. This likes a detail, but symbolically this is an important psychic statement. If a Flemish takes his congé in the Ardennen and plots he must go to the sick house, he will tone his Flemish SIS card and he will not have to speak humbly: 'Je suis Flamand.' The sister will just see it on the difficult words on the card. And the doctor will have to prescribe him pills in Flemish, so that the patient really can understand that he has to slick for example aspirines and not some unverstandable medicament.


U ontdekt het met ons: de Vlaamse eisen zijn keihard en het mag een pluim op de hoed van het onverzettelijk Vlaams Front wezen dat de Walen toehapten. Het Egmontakkoord is eindelijk verworden tot een vodje papier. Hier is dus wat weldra - ere wie ere toekomt! - het Frutakkoord zal heten.

Belgische formatie zit muurvast

Na maanden onderhandelen heeft de Belgische formateur Leterme nog weinig bereikt. Hij brengt vandaag verslag uit aan de koning over de impasse waarin de kabinetsformatie terecht is gekomen.

De Vlaamse christendemocraat Leterme streeft naar een coalitie van liberalen en christendemocraten uit Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Hij wil dat Vlaanderen meer autonomie krijgt, maar daar willen de Waalse partijen niets van weten.

Intussen groeit de kritiek op Leterme. Hij zou bij de gesprekken geen goede sfeer weten te creëren. Ook beging hij een flater toen hij op tv het Belgische volkslied verwarde met het Franse.
