coban salatasi in turkish. i'm usually not fond of raw onions, and i detest flat leaf parsley, but in Turkey I do not mind the taste, it goes with the scenery. But as much as i like turkish food, after a few weeks I'm desperate for some whole other kitchen, as at home I change the menu all the time, and travel around the world. Now i have a taste for Indonesian stuff. Visited the Chinese/Indonesian supermarket, saw a lot of weird stuff, but they have everything: fresh papaja leaves. i did not know people ate them. bought fresh trassi, ketimun leaves, djuruk peruk, lemon grass, good black soy souce for the nasi, sweet patato for cous cous royal. Yes I just concluded my obsession with royal cous cous with three meats, sprinkled with ground cinnamon, peanuts and raisins. these foods are really very fragrant like edible perfume. Even sweet patoto taste like rose water smells. Long time i did not ate rose jam, and now i find scones are really easy and quick, i will have high tea. i tought of making savoury scones mixing the flour with good peanutbutter. and/or still add raisins. yummy. peanutbutter sandwiches but laid with cucumberslices, dripping some sweet chili sauce on it.

Yellow Indonesian Rice, I'll say put as much coconut cream in it as you can. and lots of curcuma powder, the bitterness corrected with a good spoon of sugar, adding to the sweetness of the rice and the coconut cream

Suit by Prada. This colour is slightly brighter then mine. a summer cloth, viscose sold as linnen. brings to mind a bird we have in Suriname.

Mode is iets grillig, het verandert constant. Dikwijls zitten er totaal ondraagbare dingen tussen.

En onbetaalbaar voor de gewone man.
