That's nice. A nearby live-streamer, Sky Adams, laughed when I told him, and said: "Well, at least cockroaches are indestructible. They keep coming back." I'm sure the organisers of Bilderberg will be delighted to know that.

Bilderberg gaat mainstream in Finland !

De Finse minister van financiën Jutta Urpilainen heeft Bilderberg 2012 bezocht op kosten van de belastingbetaler. Dit terwijl ze zelf vorig jaar gezegd had dat dit niet toegestaan was.

<sub>A year ago, Finance Minister Jutta Urpilainen said that ministers who participate in the closed-door meetings of the Bilderberg Conference do so as private individuals and that ministries would not pay their way. This year, Urpilainen herself is attending the high-level conclave in the US – and taxpayers are picking up the tab.

For decades, ardent conspiracy theorists have trained their cross hairs on the secretive meetings convened by the Bilderberg Group. Every year high ranking political and business leaders assemble for the clandestine invitation-only informal meetings.

Last year, opposition Finns Party MP Vesa-Matti Saarakkala tabled a written question about the event in Parliament, inquiring whether attendees from the Parliament should share the nature of the discussions with the other members of the chamber.

At the time Finance Minister Jutta Urpilainen furnished a written response explaining that, “Participants attend the Bilderberg Group meetings as private individuals. The Finance Ministry cannot limit private participation in the Bilderberg conference or in the meetings of any similar group,” she wrote.

Thus, Bilderberg makes the mainstream press part of the conspiracy of silence, causing them to ignore a major story. Over the years, Bilderberg coverage by the SPOTLIGHT has resulted in advance stories on the end of the Cold War, the downfall of Margaret Thatcher and other earth-shaking events.

Often, the gratitude is expressed individually during cocktail-sippings, with Kissinger, Rockefeller and others thanking Donald Graham, publisher of The Washington Post, and high officials of The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal and other newspapers and network television anchors.

Watford Observer - Bilderberg organisers agree to help cover cost of security at The Grove hotel meeting

The organisers of the Bilderberg Meeting will help cover the cost of policing their upcoming meeting in The Grove.

The secretive summit in the Watford hotel from June 6 to June 9 will see around 140 of the world’s most influential figures including leading politicians, captains of industry and respected academics descend on the Hempstead Road hotel.

Hertfordshire Constabulary declined to provide a figure for either the total cost of policing the event - which is also expected to attract hundreds of demonstrators - or the contribution from the Bilderberg Group.

Funding will also be sought from other sources, and representatives from the force are currently in talks with the Home Office.

However, a spokesman confirmed the organisers had appointed a private security firm to work inside the venue while police will keep the peace outside.

A police spokesman said: "Hertfordshire Constabulary has a duty to prevent crime, maintain the Queen’s Peace, protect the public and prevent damage to property.

"The organisers of the event are paying for a private security firm who will be providing security at the venue. "In addition, the organisers have agreed to contribute towards policing costs relating to the event.

"As we do not disclose the costs of operations prior to their event, we will not disclose the amounts at this stage."

UKIP heeft beklag gemaakt over de situatie waar Bilderberg, zoals gebruikelijk, de samenleving laat opdraaien voor de kosten van hun beveiliging een andere hand en spandiensten...
