Standaard Sharia Law - EVIL Islam

Sharia Law (meaning "way" or "path)

The Qur’an forms the basis of the Sharia itself. It dictates how people are meant to worship and how they are supposed to live their day-to-day lives! In fact it impedes on every aspect of human life!

Too many ignorant people throughout the world believe that Islam places a high value on human life and where tolerance and understanding is imbedded within its structures. One of the quickest ways to destroy this myth is by the study of their Sharia law.

Sharia Law is the Law decreed by Allah for all of humankind. To reject Sharia Law is to reject Allah’s authority and this is seen as rebellion against Allah Himself and the faithful are expected to wage war on all who reject Him and his laws!

Wherever one finds Sharia Law in practise one will find an un-free and closed society. Where all other religions are repressed and were Muslims are encouraged to despise all non-Muslim countries.

In Islamic theocracies, such as Iran and Saudi Arabia we have the Sharia law in place thus we can see exactly how this impacts on people.

According to this Law, adulterers, blasphemers and apostates are to be executed. And where women are treated as second class citizens and where spousal rape and battery are allowed and where unmarried women who become rape victims are to be treated not as victims but as sexual deviants whose punishment ican be the scaffold. In Iran underage rape victims have already been put to death under Sharia Law, even though they were legally not allowed to face the death penalty because of their age. The moral police simply change their date of birth on their charge sheets and this is ignored by the Judges trying these children.

In Afghanistan in 2006, a Muslim, Abdul Rahman converted to Christianity but was arrested and sentenced to death for apostasy. He was sentenced not in a Taliban court but under the new government of Hamid Karzai, a friend to the democratic and free thinking west! Mr Rahman only managed to avoid the death sentence when he pleaded insanity. After which he fled to Italy to prevent other Muslims from carrying out their sacred Islamic duty of murder.

In 1992 in Saudi Arabia, Sadiq Abdul Karim was publicly beheaded after being found guilty of apostasy. When so-called moderate Muslims are asked about the death penalty for apostasy (thought crime) they simply shrug their shoulders and try to change the subject. And we have recently seen what happens to gay teenage boys in Saudi Arabia under this religious law. They suffer a public beheading.

The Pakistani penal code, Section 295-C sets down the death penalty for anyone convicted on blasphemy. In 2001, Dr Younis Shaikh was sentenced to death for his blasphemous statement. Mr. Shaikh a general practitioner and lecturer happened to point out to some of his students that the Prophet Muhammad was not a Muslim before he invented Islam. This revelation, though sound as it is, was enough to have him brought before a court and stand trial for his life. And again this blasphemy law in Pakistan was used against Augustine Ashiq ‘Kingri’ Masih, a Christian, who had tried to marry the girl of his dreams. In Islamic Law, a Muslim woman is only allowed to marry another Muslim, (though this is not the case for Muslim men) so Kingri tried to convert to Islam but was accused by the authorities of doing so for all the wrong reasons and was put on trial for blasphemy.

The Dubai Kissing Case
A British couple were sentenced to one month’s imprisonment after they were convicted under Dubai’s Sharia Law of kissing in a public place. Ayeman Najafi and his girlfriend Charlotte Adams were arrested in November 2009 after being accused of breaking the country’s ‘decency laws’ when they were seen kissing each other on the lips in a restaurant. This case shows how ludicrous Islamic religious laws are. It makes one question the sanity in Islamic moral principles! Here we have a couple showing each other that they love each other by giving each other a kiss and we have protests by Muslims that they have been offended, yet their Prophet Muhammad committed child sex acts on a nine year old girl (Muhammad had decided that he wanted this child when she was only six years old, but it has been implied that he did not do anything with her until she was forced to marry him at the age of nine) It is sad that this child rape does not seem to bother them at all!

Madness in Saudi Arabia: The Mutaween.
In the holy city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, in 2002, the Mutaween (religious police) stopped a group of girls fleeing from their school as fire tore through the building because they where not wearing their headscarves and black robes (abayas), as required by the country’s strict Islamic law. Firemen on the scene tried to get the children out of the building but the Mutaween intervened and forced all the girls who where not in Islamic dress where ordered back into the building.

According to the Saudi Gazette, witnesses stated that the police – also known as the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice – told men who wanted to help get the girls out of the building that if the attempted to assist the unrobed girls they where committing a sin.

As a result, fifteen young girls died in the flames.

And according to The Times newspaper, an American woman, who was on a business trip to the Saudi capital Riyadh, was arrested by the country’s religious police for sitting with a male colleague in a Starbucks coffee shop. After being taken to the police station, she was stripped searched and kept in custody for one day before being finally being released from her ordeal.
These same police roam the Saudi streets enforcing strict dress codes for women and maintaining their segregation laws, for example; if a woman is found socializing with a man that is not related they have the power to arrest them.

They also ensure that Prayers to Allah are done on time. People caught infringing these laws are usually beaten and at times arrested. The Mutaween even patrol the streets to enforce the Muslim dietary laws and prevent the sale and consumption of Pork products and alcohol.

In fact Sharia Law proves that Islam is not a healthy religion and all those individuals and groups who push Islam in our face should study true Islam and then own up that this religion is violent and intolerant! And what makes this more dangerous is the call for Sharia law (or parts of it) to be implemented in Britain, especially by people like the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams like he did in 2008. The Archbishop stated during a BBC Radio 4 programme that people should approach Islamic law with an open mind. Islamic law, does not operate on an ‘open mind plain’ and even if we did implement parts of Sharia law, how long would it take before it incorporated the full laws of Islamic fundamentalism. It is a slippery slope we are on when non-Muslim’s like the Archbishop promotes one of the most oppressive religious laws the world has ever seen, especially when these religious laws respect no other religion or practices other than those found in Islam.
