Inderdaad. Dit zal (weeral eens) op een sisser uitdraaien. Geen duidelijk programma, geen leiders, geen visionairen, geen coherent actieplan dus geen enkele kans om een degelijk alternatief te bieden.

Het was satire, omwille van dat de NYPD het park bezette.

Voor mij is het programma wel duidelijk. Een democratische gemeenschap opzetten from scratch. Het is vrij anarchistisch. Weldra zullen zij als terroristen aanzien worden, die het huidig systeem willen omverwerpen of ernaast gaan leven met hun eigen systeem dat ondertussen op democratische wijze van bij het begin in elkaar gebokst wordt.

Anderen zullen hen revolutionairen noemen. Of het daadwerkelijk kans op slagen heeft, weet ik niet. Het is nooit eerder geprobeerd op zo'n grote schaal. Experimentele anarchie noem ik het. Het lijkt me vrij utopisch van inborst, maar er kan wel degelijk verandering door teweeg gebracht worden.

Demonstrations were also held in cities around the world.

"Our political system should serve all of us — not just the very rich and powerful. Right now Wall Street owns Washington," said participant Beka Economopoulos. "We are the 99% and we are here to reclaim our democracy."

Lobbying Firm's Memo Spells Out Plan to Undermine Occupy Wall Street (VIDEO)

A well-known Washington lobbying firm with links to the financial industry has proposed an $850,000 plan to take on Occupy Wall Street and politicians who might express sympathy for the protests, according to a memo obtained by the MSNBC program “Up w/ Chris Hayes.”

According to the memo, if Democrats embrace OWS, “This would mean more than just short-term political discomfort for Wall Street. … It has the potential to have very long-lasting political, policy and financial impacts on the companies in the center of the bullseye.”

Ik begin het zo beu te worden dat een marginale 0,1% (of minder)* van de bevolking meent te moeten spreken in naam van "de 99%". Grotesk.

* aan de meest "succesvolle" marc in NYC nam een overweldigende 0,08% van de Metropolitan NYC-bevolking deel.

Kan ik je enkel maar volledig gelijk in geven. Het begint me ook de keel uit te hangen met die 99%.

Ik behoor ook tot de 99% en sta totaal niet achter hun ideeën.

The so-called leaderless Occupy movement has just been caught red-handed operating what appears to be a nerve center staffed by professional agitators deeply tied to groups funded by billionaire activist George Soros.

The groups, most prominent among them being the Tides Center, have been involved with Occupy since the anti-Wall Street movement's inception.

The radical connections have been largely missed by the general public. CNN, the only news media outlet to receive exclusive access to Occupy's alleged headquarters, did not fully identify the activists found running it.

Last week, CNN ran a piece titled "Exclusive: Inside the offices of Occupy Wall Street."

Here's the rundown on Obama's ties to "communists, socialists and other anti-American extremists" – all in "The Manchurian President" – Autographed!

The article and accompanying video purport to depict "a few dozen Occupy Wall Street organizers" who "show up to work every day at an office building in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District."

CNN surmised "the office space appears to be the movement's nerve center," a notion denied by Occupy leaders interviewed by the news network.

PHOENIX – Volunteer U.S. Border Guard & outspoken former U.S. Marine, J.T. Ready, was found dead Wednesday afternoon along with three adults and one small child, in an apparent mass shooting in Gilbert, Arizona.

According to local police, this mass shooting event has been declared an open and shut case just hours after the fact. According to the police, there are no survivors and no eye witnesses to mention. The ruthless slaying also included a two year old girl.

Within just a couple of hours after the event the police & media were quick to accuse Ready of being responsible, with the local news officially declaring this morning that the crime a murder/suicide, “domestic violence carried out by former white supremist and lone vigilante.”

Case closed.
