Het Syrisch MB heeft haar eigen militie: Armed Men of the Muslim Brotherhood. Spijtig dat weinig MB'ers de wapens oppakken. Je zegt maar wat, maar weet niet waar je over praat.

Heel geloofwaardig, woorden van een voormalig Coptische presidentskandidaat die wat op FoxNews lult, zonder enig bewijs natuurlijk. In het verleden heeft het MB ook nooit kerken aangevallen, dat waren terroristen die uit zichzelf handelden. Nu is dat niet anders.

Tenzij het regime er achter zit. Want iedereen weet dat kerken aanvallen contraproductief is en dat het het regime een vrijgeleide geeft om hen als "terreurorganisatie" te labelen en hen te bannen.

Ik zie niet in waarom hij daarover zou liegen.

U hebt zelf al foto's gepost op deze draad die moeten "bewijzen" dat christenen een grote rol spelen in het anti Morsi kamp, ongetwijfeld haalde je die van pro Morsi websites. Dus er is een duidelijke anti christelijke teneur te merken in het Morsi kamp. En zo'n teneur vertaalt zich meestal in geweld door radicale of jonge leden van dat kamp.

Overigens waren het de moslimbroeders die verantwoordelijk waren voor de islamitische opstand in de jaren 80.

Natuurlijk gebeurde dat onder het regime van Mubarak, waar het artikel over handelt. Maar nu is het duidelijk dat de islambroeders erachter zitten, volgens de christenen zelf, die de coup massaal steunden. Het regime van Mubarak pleegde regelmatig aanslagen tegen christenen om de angst er in te houden, maar het geweld tegen christenen nam merkelijk toe onder Morsi, daarom ook dat de meeste christenen de coup steunen.

Ze roepen op tot harde straat protesten met wapens en schilderen de kopten af als verraders die het leger steunen, nee hoor, ze zetten niet aan tot haat tegen de kopten. Kun je het nog dommer maken?

Als de MB hier niet achter zitten dan hebben ze hun leden niet meer onder controle, zelfs AQ is het conflict al aan het penetreren. Binnenkort betekend het MB niets meer en blijven enkel terroristen over.

Nog steeds geen bewijs. In de plek daarvan kom je met een Al Qaeda vlag aandraven...

ok, dat klopt wel, het leger heeft zich als kaartverdeler op de kaart gezet...Morsi heeft het hen ook erg gemakkelijk gemaakt... maar anderzijds als er een nieuwe regering komt, en ze doen nog eens hetzelfde, zal de bevolking dat niet blijven pikken, zeker als de nieuwe regering de goedkeuring wegdraagt van de meerderheid van de bevolking, wat in het geval van Morsi duidelijk niet het geval was. Kijk bvb. naar Thailand of Turkije, of naar Venezuela.

Dat hoop ik ook, en jij waarschijnlijk ook, maar tussen droom en werkelijkheid...
