Om technisch/praktische redenen kan een bbq-tje ,of een "texas-grill" niet in een vliegtuig...

iets met de vrees voor lawaai-overlast voor de mensen in eerste-klasse of zo....

Behalve wanneer je met goede luchtvaartmaatschappijen vliegt, of in business, was het meestal niet te vreten. Vandaar dat ik meestal probeerde om op voorhand iets te eten in de luchthaven zodat ik kon passen op de vlucht. Maar op lange vluchten lukte dat natuurlijk niet. Op die long hauls was het eten gelukkig dan meestal ook wat beter.
