Kortom, mensen moeten zoveel burgerzin kweken dat ze zelfstandige keuzes kúnnen maken. Pas daarna, als volwassen burgers, mogen ze stemmen.

Hoe bewijzen ze dat ze burgerzin hebben? Testje afleggen waarna gij gaat beoordelen of ze het genoeg eens zijn met uw mening?

Trouwens, al dat gezever hier, start een communistische commune op in plaats van mee te hossen in het kapitalistisch systeem e. Met hier te discussiëren gaat ge niet veel bereiken. Bewijs dat het werkt. Zoals jullie het voorstellen zullen er wel genoeg mensen volgen.
