ERIK SOLHEIM NORWEGIAN TERRORIST YOU ARE NOT WELCOME!

Norwegian International Development Minister Erik Solheim scheduled to
arrive in Sri Lanka next week should not be allowed to enter this
country, General Secretary of the National Patriotic Movement, Wimal
Weerawansa said yesterday.

Addressing a press conference at the Public Library Auditorium,
Weerawansa said it was the government's responsibility to stop him
from entering Sri Lanka. He said the National Patriotic Movement will
convene a meeting in Gampaha on September 21 to spread the message that
Sri Lanka should be saved from the clutches of Norway and the
cease-fire agreement should be abrogated.

He said that he appreciated the government's condemnation of the
Co-Chairs statement and suggested last rites be performed on the
ceasefire agreement, and a new ceasefire agreement should be introduced
and demanded the response of the Co-Chairs on the arms ship of the LTTE
that was sunk off Kalmunai a couple of days ago.
